Welcome to Android Central! It's just a matter of adding the same Google account to your tablet that you use on your phone. All of your Google data (like contacts, Calendar events, etc.) will sync with the tablet. Apps won't automatically install--but you can go to Google Play Store, go to My Apps/All, and select the apps you want to install on the tablet.
