Register it with? Your carrier? The retailer you bought it with? Samsung? Insurance? Normally you don't register a phone or tablet unless there's a registration card in the package or there's a web address for registration in the instructions. Just make sure you keep your receipt. Using the tab to take a picture of it, then copying that picture to your cloud account, would be a good idea too.
