How do I remove icon frames from moto g6 play?

I can't find way to remove the icon frames from the Moto g 6 play. It seems like they are a permanent feature now. Which is very annoying!

Welcome to the forums. Can you post a screenshot? Do you have any option in the accessibility settings?

In the screenshot you see agenda and OneNote in those iconssquares.
In Found nothing in the settings menu. Greetz

Oh, now I see what you mean. Yeah, nothing to do with the accessibility settings or any other option in your stock launcher. I think your best option could be using a custom launcher, like Nova, and then apply an icon pack or individually change any shortcut.
