Welcome to Android Central! Which phone and which carrier? Are you saying that you're not seeing the Caller ID of people calling you, or that other people don't get your Caller ID when you call them?

Be aware that this is an independent community forum, without any direct affiliation with Google or any other company, so there isn't anything we can directly do to restore your Caller ID.

Please register on this forum, which will allow you to engage in discussion more easily, as well as post images. https://forums.androidcentral.com/ask-question/409154-join-android-central-community.html

Caller ID is a service through your carrier but you can choose whether you show your number or not in the settings under network and services.

It would help if we knew what phone you were using.

Yeah, phone dependent because mine is in my phone app settings under Supplementary Services. So for my Samsung I have to open the phone app, kind of like I was going to make a call, then use the 3 dots to open Call Settings>Supplementary Services>Show your caller ID>Network default, Always, Never.
