How do I remove this "Data is off" notification?

I have a LG X Venture, and when I turn off my data this message appears as a notification: "Mobil Data is turned off" and I can't get rid of it. I tried working in settings but nothing seems to work.

Welcome to the forums as a new member! The message is a safety net for those who may not know what it does or who mistakenly toggle it off. AFAIK it can't be disabled but you should be able to dismiss it easily.
