How to replace glass digitizer on ZTE N9810 / VM Supreme

I dropped my phone and broke the glass. The LCD is OK - no trouble there.

I ordered the glass and am getting it tomorrow. I looked at the phone tonight to see how to take the old glass off. I can't figure it out.

Has anyone replaced the glass digitizer on the ZTE N9810? Do you have any tips? Instructions? I can't find anything the web telling how to replace it.....though many places sell the glass digitizer.

Hello. The ZTE N9810 is the equivalent to the ZTE Vital on Sprint. Are you using the international version or the U.S version of that phone?
