How do I reply to an answer?

I cannot find a Reply button; I do have an account; I have a Kindle Fire HD8 & that's pretty much all I know about it. I found this site totally by accident to ask my question.

Welcome to Android Central. You should see two reply buttons when you come back to this page:




You should also see a reply box under the one you're viewing. Any of those you can use.
