Android Central Question
I started to update my Samsung s7 and previously the updates from android take minutes, but the last update took hours and still not completed I restarted my phone and it rebooted and it was adding the updates to the various apps, but I got a message saying that the update was corrupt it was the official version android put out and I have not rooted my phone. But since then I have not been able to access the phones settings so I can't reset my phone or more apps to SD card. I have tried to boot the phone into the bootloading screen and when I click to go to the other screen instead of rebooting the phone back to normal it just continues to loading and nothing else I have asked Samsung and google and I have not been able to get a solution. My phone still works I just can't access the settings, which means that I can't remove the update or reset my phone. I know that I was stupid for restarting the phone. Any help would be extremely appreciated.
