How do I reset my settings on ringtones (i accidentally hit use always. i want the options back)?

Figure out which app is the "always" app for ringtones. (If it just gives you a list of ringtones, it's probably Media Storage.) Go to Settings/General/Application manager, find the app that's the "always" app, tap it, scroll down a little and tap the "Clear defaults" button. That will clear that app as being the default for ringtones, and you'll get the choices back.

I have a Lg, I had custom ringtones from a app, but since a new update, All of the custom ringtones became the default ringtone.

As far as I know, only hands in the settings. Which telephone? Usually on Android Settings - Sound Profiles
