How do I reset my theme and icons back to factory ?

Yeah I really just don't have much expansion on that I have cm launcher and CM launcher light and I'd like to just get rid of both of those but I can't even find them now within the phone because the LG theme that I chose really confusing I just like the standard Factory theme back

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Go to Settings>Apps, select CM Launcher, and tap Uninstall. After you uninstall any 3rd party launchers, tapping Home will bring up the stock LG launcher.
