how to return back my os lollipop to jellybean

i have a problem with samsung galaxy neo pocket gt s5312, i can install lollipop os with cyanogenmod but i have a problem with dsp manager has unfortunately stopped and audio devices does not work ,so please tell me how to install my previous jellybean 4.1.2. os in my device without rooting so please tell me.
