How do I root my Sprint Gs4 L720t 5.0.1 Lollipop?

Ok so im Definitely a rookie when it comes to this kind of stuff. I've been doing a lot of research and starting up but I need help. I would like to know what the easiest way to root and unlock my phone without a PC available. Here are the specs to my phone....

Model #- SPH-L720t
Android Version - 5.0.1
Baseband Version - L720TVPUCOD2
Kernel Version - 3.4.0-4745659

I have that problem . It's sim locked for sprint service and I would like to use straight talk. Built I'd lrx22c.l720tvpucoh1

If the phone is completely paid for, you should be able to have sprint unlock it for you.

I used kingroot (not kingo root) for my SCH-I545 and it worked just fine, just a few things, its for pc, and it's all in Chinese so it's a big guessing game on what to click. Hope this helps

EDIT: They also have an android app so if you don't have a PC around, you can still root
