That\s for rooting. You asked "Can I unroot" - that means it's rooted and you want to remove all signs of rooting. To do that you reflash the stock ROM. (Back everything up first - the stock ROM doesn't have anything you added or changed since you got the phone - see Backing up an Android Device.)

Ah.. That's what I get for speed reading.

You can remove root without flashing the firmware.

It depends on what root you're using.

If you are using SuperSU, you can go into SuperSU app and use its in-app settings, it has the option to "cleanup for unroot", it will remove the su binaries and uninstall the SuperSU app.

If you're using Magisk, the Magisk thread has an uninstaller zip that is flashed via TWRP to remove root.
