We’ve heard nothing from the OP for some reason, so that’s a missed opportunity on his or her part.

Tell me what an sm-g928v is and I’ll move it to the appropriate forum. I’m not familiar with those model names for Samsung devices. If it’s one of the Galaxies or Notes, say which.

Any model that starts with an "s" is bound to be some sort of Galaxy phone.

Oh, the s was no problem, nor the m, but the rest meant nothing to me. g928v? How likely is it that that will mean anything to non-users of that device? The point is that Android Central members, including me, cannot be expected to know what a device is when described in that way. But describe it as a Galaxy S6 and we know where are, and in this case, to which forum to move the thread.
