How do I save a message in the email app (S5)?

New S5 owner

How do I save a message in email app? I can delete them, but save option is not obvious. I know it can be done because I did so once w/o meaning to. Also, can I create new folders?

Well at Blue Mail app you open the mail and the alternatives to it; delete, archive...
