how do i schedule a future text message on galaxy s9

I don't see a menu key once I create the message

I’ve seen this question pop up a few times. It seems that Samsung didn’t include this feature in their default text messaging app. You could always download an alternative from Google Play -Textra is quite popular and is has a message scheduling function. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.textra

I can't believe Samsung took this feature away - along with changing wallpaper and bubbles in the stock messaging app - sucks

Open the keyboard. Tap the plus icon to the left. Them tap the three dots to the right. The option to schedule a message is there.
