How do i send a text to multiple numbers without sending a group text on note10

when I try a send or forward a text to more than one number, it always sends as a group text, even tho I turned off group msgs in msg settings.

Which SMS app are you using?
Check the settings in that app. There is often a setting for "bulk vs chat". You want the "bulk" option, the wording may vary. This assumes your app has this feature.
