how do i set 'disturb me' 8a-8p as a default so i need not manually set this nn x a day?

i think my phone is slowmotion dying. it was extreme slow and glitchy with soft psuedo crashes to lockscreen a month ago then bricked, so did a factory reset 2-3 weeks ago and it overheats daily running apps i force stopped, etc. so this question is now feels more like a feature request (not sure where to post such).


but it would be nice to set 3 default levels:
8a-6p 'priority abc'
6p-10p 'priority xyz'
10p-8a 'alarms only'

*with anytime 'total silence' override options for shows/meetings
