Android Central Question

I have googled this repeatedly and no one seems to understand the question. None of the suggested settings have worked.

When I am on a call, I don't want the display to turn off. Pretty simple.

Anyone know?

Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? It's normal for the display to turn off on a standard call when the phone is up against your ear (or anything else is in front of the proximity sensor), because that prevents accidental touches during the call. You can avoid this by changing to a speakerphone call.

If the screen is blanking immediately upon starting the call, then something is probably blocking your proximity sensor, like a poorly fitted case or screen protector. Try taking those off.

This is a common question here, and I'm pretty sure we all understand the question.
