How do I set up a Canon Pixma TS3122 printer to a ZTE smartphone, model Z798BL?

I have tried setting this up by using the Canon owner's manual and haven't had any luck. Please H E L P!!!

Have the printer set up on your WiFi. Install Cloud Print in the phone(my personal choice - you can use others). Use Chrome to add a printer (in Settings/Advanced/Printers). See the Google instructions.

From then on, any time you want to print from the phone, Share. Then choose Cloud Print to share to, and whatever you're working on (a picture, a document, etc.) will print to the printer.
