How to sign, edit pdf forms & documents on Android

I realize this is "common knowledge" to many. Unfortunately, it isn't to me - yet...

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 tablet running stock ROM KitKat - and I have a Motorola Droid Razr MAXX running custom ROM Cyanogenmod 12, Lollipop. I'd like to be able to use both of these devices to have customers sign work orders on.

I'm issued, in PDF format, work orders as well as other forms that need to be filled in for each job. Currently I'm printing out those work orders and forms out. I'd like to go paperless as much as possible - fill the forms out, get signatures on my tablet instead.

My question is: What application(s) / steps must I take in order to accomplish this, please?

There are quite a few options in the Play Store if you look up "PDF Editing" or "PDF Signing", but if you want to go to 'the source', I'd say no better option than PDF's original patent holder, right?

Adobe reader gives you facility to edit or else you search on web/playstore for any best pdf editing tools..
