How do I stop my back button working by itself?

Back button working by itself.

Anyone know why the back button is working by itself? I can feel the slight vibration when it does. Does it anytime I use the phone. The open apps button works by itself sometimes too. Hasn't been dropped, only had it a month!

If your screen sensitivity is cranked all the way up (the 'use with gloves' option) and the air is too cold/humid, that is known to trigger screen actions sometimes...

But if it's doing it on normal use, I'd just wouldn't chance it and getting the phone replaced. It's still very well under warranty.
