LG G2 Android phone keeps restarting/rebooting.

Hi, I just encrypted my LG G2 phone. But now the phone keep restarting. After I decrypt my phone, the LG logo appears and then to the passcode screen. Once I logged into my home screen it restarts and go back to the decrypt screen.

Also when i leave the decrypt screen on there is a click noise coming from the phone every 7 seconds.

What are my options? I have photos and contacts in there that i do not want to lose.

Re: LG G2 Android phone keeps restarting/rebooting.

Welcoem to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11127
If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.

I am having the same problem, I put the phone on safe mode but it still remains a problem, how do I fix the hardware and or firmware problem? :(

Why has OP created 2-3 user names to post the exact same question 2-3 different times as all new threads??
