how to stop the padlock on a call
While making a call on my Galaxy Ace 4 a padlock' comes on to lock screen and keypad disappears; when asked to press 1 etc. I can't, have to double tap the 'Lock', then 8 comes up and Robot says not recognised number. How can I stop the 'Padlock' coming on?
