AC Question

I lost a phone in an airport a year and a half ago. So I went to my Google account and into Device Manager and told Google to lock the phone, wipe the data, and put a lock screen on the phone for the person who found it to call me. I never heard anything.

Shift to today, I use an android emulator on my desktop (Bluestacks) so I can play one of my Andriod-based games on a big screen. I've been using it with no issues for a couple years. A few months ago, somehow Google has determined that my desktop must be my lost phone because whenever I open the Bluestacks app, I get the lock screen with a note saying that this phone is lost, please call the owner.

I've spent too many hours on Google's pathetic support center trying to figure out how to turn this off. I cannot find anything. I also went into Device Manager and deleted the old phone from my profile. But I still get this nag screen.

Anyone know where to turn next? I've done my due diligence trying to figure it out myself. And Google is offering no method of contacting them for Android issues. Help!!
