Notification Repeat Gone Wild
A week ago my Alpha started repeating the Notifications for an incoming emails or completed automatic updates for applications. Every 10 minutes, unless I open any email received or go to the Google Play Store to see which app updated, I get the repeated notification.
I've checked and rechecked everywhere I can find, like the Sound settings and each of the settings for individual email accounts and can find no reason for these "repeats" to happen.
I have a different notification for text messages and it doesn't repeat the sound. Messages is the only place I can find that has an option to "repeat message alert" and it is set to Never.
Anyone know of a secret setting that would cause this?
Edited to add: I received one email in my default account earlier today and did not open it. I received a repeat notification every 7 to 10 minutes for over an hour.
