How do I stream from DLNA servers to my phone?

I have added apps I've used before, Bubble UPNP, etc... others like it. No matter what I do, no matter what settings I change on the phone and my computer, I can't seem to get it to pick up any of the media servers on the PC, either the default windows one, or the serviio one I've set up.

Is the Galaxy S6 somehow set up to block these connections? Seems utterly absurd if that's the case.
