Android Central Question

I have an lg7 thinq. I get a lot of scam calls and telemarketers and I dont want these notifications for voicemail etc coming back after I've swiped them. I don't really want any notification coming back after I swipe it.
Give me the message once and that's fine.

It's as annoying as the alarm in my land rover that goes off all the way home from the grocery store to remind me that my bag of oranges on the passenger seat isn't wearing a seatbelt.

Is there a setting to fix this? I see the badge slider but I don't know if that removes the notification completely or what?

Welcome to Android Central! You're not deleting those voicemails, or is this when you can't safely use your phone (like when you're driving)? Deleting the voicemail will obviously get rid of the notifications. But you should also report or block the number as spam -- your Phone app should have an option for that. Also make sure to register your number at the National Do Not Call Registry: https://donotcall.gov/
