how do i switch which program will open links etc.?

when being sent a youtube link via text message ill click it and it will open in browser i must of accidentally clicked to have it open in browser all the time..how do i switch this to open it in the youtube app?

Go into your apps list from the Settings menu, hit the app you no longer want to be default, and tap "clear defaults". Next time you hit the link you'll be prompted to choose an app as a default.
