I'm with straight talk and couldn't get on internet once i left home straight talk tech walked me through the stages of changing APN and at the final step my signal bars was gone and they said it was my phone i talked on it earlier

If it's on airplane mode, pull the notification bar (the top of the screen with a lot of little icons on it) down. There should be a button that looks like a plane. It shouldn't be lit. If it is, tap it.

If not, it could be that the phone decided to go dead just when you and their tech people were working on it. Or the SIM card went bad,
