Unable to take screen shots

This has only been a recent occurrence and I tried to Google the answer, but no answers. I am unable to take screenshot pictures of Youtube videos anymore. This message pops up. "unable to capture screen drm protected image" When I click on 'INFO" taks me to Android system info(pic included) I read it has something to do with Knox security, but when I click on the app it prompts me to install it, so it's not even properly installed. Posted some pics also. Is there a way to disable this feature or get around it?

Even i am using 4.4.4 on my device but i can still take screen-shots by pressing power button and volume down key together

Can you take screenshots of YouTube videos? I can take screenshots of other things, but all of a sudden not videos anymore.

I think the newest YouTube update did something with the drm protected image crap. I just uninstalled the YouTube updates and now I am able to screenshot YouTube videos.

Same here!

I have been trying to take screen shots of my bank transaction to save proof of the transaction. I also wanted to take a screenshot of the Starbucks app to show an error.

Any idea how to override this? Do I need to use a custom ROM?

Naldotech has a decent article about this issue. You can either use the web version of the app (Youtube) or you can download the DisableFlagSecure module. Long story short, it's for security purposes.

You could always take a picture of your screen with a camera.
