How do I transfer money from my Google Play card to my debit card or bank account

I'm trying to transfer money from my Google Play card to my debit card or my bank account

Is this like a Play gift card? Those can't be used for anything other than Google Play purchases or products/services that go through Google (I.e. YouTube and in-app purchases).
