How do I transfer my files from my ZTE ATRIUM Z93C Mobile Phone to my sd-card

I have a straight talk ZTE Atrium cell phone & am attempting to transfer my files from the phone and place them on the micro sd-card so that I can free up some of the internal memory on the phone and was wondering how I go about doing this
