Drag and drop from the tablet's DCIM folder in Windows Explorer (My Computer) or Mac.

No screen lock (swipe or none only).

Also try downloading Samsung Kies for pc from Samsung dot com, which will give you the correct pc drivers as well.

When you first plug the device into the pc, you can chose on the Notification Shade Connect as a MTP (media) or PTP device.

It will appear as a Portable Media Player /Device. Open, then open DCIM.
