Welcome to Android Central! Connect the phone to your computer via USB, and use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the files from the internal storage to the microSD card. The photos taken by your camera should be in /DCIM/Camera.

If you don't have access to a PC use the stock "File" browser to cut/paste or "move" the files to your SD card.

A very good file browser on the app store is ES File Explorer
