How do I transfer settings, apps, accts, etc. to new phone?

I got a new LG G3 to replace an identical phone. The guy at the big box store activated the new phone without initiating a transfer. Now I want to set the new phone up identical to the old one. (When I set up the old phone myself, this was done magically by Google.) I have backups of the internal drive and SD on my PC (except the Amazon and Android folders). I also have most data, contacts, etc on the Verizon cloud backup. I haven't messed up the old phone yet.
Is there still an easy way to get the old phone's settings, apps, etc. onto the new phone? I can do it all manually if that's the wisest approach.
