How do I transfer TMemo files onto my S5E tab

I want to transfer TMemo SNB files onto my S5E. I can transfer via laptop but don't know how to get them onto te S5E so I can read them

Welcome to Android Central! What app are you using to read the file? How are you trying to copy? In general, to transfer files, connect via USB, swipe down the notification panel, tap the USB notification, and make sure MTP or File Transfer is selected. Then, on Windows File Explorer, drag and drop the file from the computer's drive to the phones internal storage (the /Download directory would be fine, unless there's some data directory the app you're using to read the Tmemo file has to use).
