How do I turn of a Security Threat Info Submission Request?

Stopping Security Threat Info Submission Request

I had to do a factory reset on my Note 4 the other day. I'm running Lollipop. Since the reset, I'm being asked/reminded on a constant basis to submit security threat information to improve threat identification and blocking. I was not getting this notification when I first updated to Lollipop. How do I turn it off?
