How do I turn off auto crop for videos?

I made a short video and tried to send it via text. I've done this numerous times without issue. I got a message telling me the vid was too big, (about 70 seconds)- would I like to have it cropped for sending.

Figuring length would be deleted at beginning or end, I agreed. I also, foolishly, thought this would be a one time thing.

The vid was sent- cropped in beginning and end but also in a size so small it couldn't be seen properly AND couldn't be enlarged.

***The problem is, this now happens with any/every vid I send! How do I turn this off?!

You using Samsung message app? And which carrier?

It is best to use WhatsApp or Skype for sending videos. Sending them over mms will result in quality loss. You can also use the link sharing option to share full quality videos.

Try resetting the message app , by clearing data,cache force stop . See if it straightened out any glitch
