How do I turn off emoji suggestions when typing?

Its driving me crazy. I've turned them off everywhere I can see, but I'm still getting the emoji suggestions when I type

Figured out it was a Verizon Message+ setting as opposed to a global phone setting.

You have it off in keyboard suggest select sticker ?
