Bought the floor model and I can't get it off demo mode Samsung retail mode or turn off

Welcome to Android Central! Floor models often have special demo ROMs installed, which don't allow you to turn off the demo mode. Other devices may have some kind of demo software installed that requires a PIN to turn off -- but you'd probably have a hard time finding out who set the PIN in the store.
