How do I turn off network Notification sound Android 7.1

I work as a courier and frequently go places where there is no cell signal so I am constantly getting bombarded with notification sounds that I lost and regained signal. This can happen anywhere between a few dozen and 100 times a day.

I was wanting to turn off this particular notification sound without disabling all notifications or putting my phone into silent mode. Is this possible?
