How do I turn off Service Notifications?

Hi. I'm am burned out from hearing Verizon Wireless, Extended Network and Loss of Service all the day long as I drive cross country. Anyone know how to shut that off?

Not sure if this will work, but try:

Settings/Sound/Touch feedback & system/Sound when roaming......and make sure the box is not checked
