How do I turn off vibrations for incoming messages?

I'm on a Galaxy s8, using Android 8.0.0
I had it setup the way I wanted on Android 7, but when it updated something changed. I use Message+ for texts, as well as GroupMe and Facebook Messenger Lite. They all vibrate on incoming messages.
I want to still get the status bar notifications but I only want any kind of sound or vibration if it's a phone call.
I've looked through settings and the forum, but everyone seems to say go to "Apps & Notifications," which are two separate sections on my settings screen

For group me I had to go into the settings from within the app to cut off sound and vibration. Im assuming you have to do that for each app.
