How do i turn off visual voicemail on the droid turbo?

whenever I turn phone on, visual voicemail fault message comes on.

Open system settings - applications - Sort by all - visual voicemail. Try to clear data and see if that fixes the fault message. If it doesn't, then there should be another option to disable the app from the same setting menu.
