You can also swipe down from top with two fingers to show Quick Settings, click on the signal strength icon, and then turn off cellular data using the top switch.

I suggest you might install the app "Omni Swipe" on Play Store.

Very useful for turning data, Wi-Fi, etc... on and off, and many other features. Perfect for one-hand usage.
