How do I turn on the Speakerphone?

Okay, so I'm a noob. I got a S4 and I can't figure out how to turn on and off the speakerphone during a call. Sometimes I need to set it down and use two hands. The "extensive" manual I got with it from Verizon is useless.

Any help would be appreciated.

when you are on a call you can select speakerphone and other options like keyboard, etc. Call a number and you'll see the option
