There is no menu selection for this when I dial voice mail *86

I have the V10 with Verizon, and I get the sneaking suspicion that VZW really wants me to use only their visual voicemail system. Although this is a nice feature, it is not so important to me to spend extra $ every month for it. On the other hand, there is no other good notification on the stock dialer that I have a voice mail to retrieve. So I am using a combination of Drupe and True Phone to dial phone calls, and the notifications I get are adequate. I LOVE Drupe, by the way...

You should try YouMail for the visual voice mail service and Better YouMail for the notification service on your phone... Once you forward your voice mail to YouMail, it works flawlessly... Both apps are on the Play Store
