How do I turn sound/notifications off for everyone except one contact?

So I'm using an S20 Ultra with the latest Android build and I want to keep sound and Notifications turned off, but allow one of my contacts to get through if she calls me. I can't find anything in the Settings that would allow me to do this.

Welcome to Android Central! One way to do it would be to make that one contact a Starred contact, then make the Do Not Disturb exception to be for Starred contacts.
