How do I turn the flashlite on or off on my Moto X with lollipop

Never used the flashlite after up grading to lollipop it turns on in my pocket occasionally .

After the update you can switch the flashlight on & off if you "chop" twice the phone. That feature can be disabled in settings - actions.
